Positive: Stayed here due to a concert we went to at the BOK Center, everything was so nice, the staff was so friendly, and the room was clean and well planned out, the AC Was cold and the bed was comfy, I liked how the bathrooms had free quality soap and shampoo. The Smart TV made our nighttime routine so much more better, as we could cast from our phones to watch our favorite shows before bed. The downtown area was filled with nice and decent places to eat and enjoy activities, we went to Jinya Ramen and it was very good!
Negative: I didn't use the Valet Service as I felt they would damage my Audi S4, with it being a $60k+ car new I didn't feel like I could trust them to take care of my car. The valet service also was full and backed up to the point I didn't feel like waiting over an hour just for them to park my car. I also overheard they lost the Key Fob to an Mercedes, a fob that would cost over $1,000 to replace! and don't get me started of finding parking, it took me about 15 mins to find a decent parking garage, even then it was $20 for overnight parking which wasn't bad, and you could come and go as you pleased, what I didn't like was that the closest one was 2 blocks away from our hotel. I didn't like how the shower door in our room was very hard to close, I had to pull hard just to get it to seal right, and it still leaked water all over the floor. also no USB Ports in the room whatsoever to charge our phones, we had the correct cables but we completely forgot our charging bricks by mistake

Negative: Floors were dusty, and the bathroom door for the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Paid for the rooms but was charged for $150 security deposit that is promised it’ll be returned once checked out but isn’t. Personal bank has no transactions for the money being returned.

Positive: I liked the complementary breakfast, It was downtown close to the event (JOTG) I was attending. The room was comfortable.
Negative: The room looked clean but the hotel has a slight Oder, the elevators needed cleaning.
Summary: I thought I made reservations to the HYATT REGENCY but I reserved the Hyatt Place by mistake. Overall I’m satisfied.
