Summary: The facility is nice , clean and neat, stuff friendly. One thing I need pointing out, the bathroom: door is sliding open but not lockable. The light can through meshed glass you can’t get sleep in night . The overall is good

Summary: Great hotel is walking distance from the airport. Stayed here 3 nights had no issues. Staff was friendly.

Summary: I really liked that the airport was essentially connected to the hotel and had a beautiful sky walk that you could get to the airport to. I wished there was a shuttle service even for a small fee as having to Uber the entire trip just to get dinner added up. Also the morning staff was amazing the night staff there was one front desk person with longer hair who was never very friendly I don’t think in the 4 days we seen her smile once. We had an issue with our room on Friday night our bathroom door wouldn’t close I was with my 19 year old son so it was very awkward and uncomfortable to use the restroom or shower. I asked to be moved to another room and was just told we don’t have any and the best I can do is to have someone come fix it sometime in the morning. I again said what are we supposed to do come all the way from the 4th floor to the lobby to use the bathroom? She said yeah I guess. Then the next morning I asked again what’s the status on getting our bathroom door fixed and was told the maintenance person was supposed to be in at 10:00 am this was already 10:05 am so waited a little while longer and asked if he was there yet and was told no. This time the morning shift lady said let me try and get you into a new room. We will call when it’s ready. We finally got into a new room at almost noon. Other than that it was a good stay. Wish there was better breakfast options.
