Summary: Finally had a good nights sleep after a long day of travel. Room was very clean and staff was great. There are some fees (parking)(breakfast) that I wish were disclosed before booking.

Summary: Clean and super convenient for trip to Minnesota state fair. Round trip bus is a short 5 minute walk away. We chose this hotel because of this convenient location.

Summary: Love this facility. Airport shuttle, excellent desk staff, bar and restaurant with a nice atmosphere and excellent food and choices from snacks to dinners and breakfast.

Summary: The hotel was great but the long term parking was not satisfactory. I was told that 2 or 3 shuttle run back and forth to the MSP airport and that our wait time when we land is minimal. This was not the case it took 45 minutes for a shuttle to arrive to take us back to our car in the Hyatt long term parking lot. We had a 5 hour drive home so we were not happy.

Summary: Stayed overnight after a flight cancellation at the airport. Desk staff was friendly & offered free water for a brief wait to check in. Nice touch. Airport shuttle runs promptly on the half-hour to & from airport beginning 3:30 am. I took the 4:00 am back to airport which left the hotel right on time. Room was spacious, comfortable with modern decor & very clean. I didn’t have time to enjoy other hotel amenities but was very pleased with my stay

Summary: During check in everything seemed to be perfect until one of the receptionist leaned over to the associate helping me and said “you can’t give them that room, I’ve been saving it all day” the gentleman noticed and said something along the lines of “ you could’ve told the customer yourself” I was literally in front of them she said “give her this room, it’s much better” and include free parking, well the gentleman didn’t give me free parking we still had to pay for it. It was a weird and a little unprofessional. It could’ve been done a little more privately.
