Summary: I booked this hotel three times in a row. Our first room was with balcony and little spiders were coming inside the room so the room was changed on our request immediately. Second time I requested Michael to keep us in the same room and he was very nice and polite to do so. However, the third time I requested to Mr. Frank if he can let us keep the same room but he said my booked room is without the charles river view and is unavailable. So, he gave us another room with parking garage view. When I checked the hotels app the same room with charles river view was showing available for the same price which I paid for the garage view room. So, me and my family got dissapointed. Our first two stays were wonderfull but the third stay is just dissapointing.

Summary: My son and I came in for one night for a Red Sox game. Check in was super quick so we were not late for the game. Check in and check out was both done online so it was very convenient. Room was very clean and comfortable. Lobby area was super nice. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: It has a convenient location for an MIT course. Running trail is nearby. There is a restaurant in the hotel, which makes it convenient.

Summary: Nia at the front desk was amazing! Friendly and informative at our check in. We were also able to check in early, which was wonderful. Max in the cafe area was very kind and helpful. The shuttle service was very convenient and the driver was also great. We had a great stay and would love to return.
