Positive: I liked the pool area. The room was comfortable. The common areas were spotless.
Negative: The service on the room was not sufficient. I asked for towels and did not get them. We had to find someone to empty our trash. I would of expected some maid service daily.

Positive: Beautiful property with lovely water fountains and pools. All the amenities one could ask for. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The only restaurants we ate at for our two night stay was Mangroves bar. Our waitress was excellent and made food recommendations that didn’t disappoint. We also ordered poolside for our lunch. All staff we very friendly to interact with. Complimentary face painting and character balloons was a big hit one night for my grandson. The water park was so much fun even for grandma and the self service towels an excellent idea. I will definitely return to this property with my family again soon.
Negative: Absolutely nothing.
