Summary: I would just book this hotel for the restaurant alone. It is amazing. Great chefs. The room was really comfortable, we slept so well. The staff are so kind, and helpful. Beautiful clean swimming pool. Great value for money compared to other Hyatts.

Summary: Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. Their food is amazing, I wasn’t very keen on the breakfast but food its self is 👌. I would definitely book again & again The only down thing with this hotel is their royal & presidential suite is over prized.

Summary: My name is Tinotenda I had a reservation from the 13th of April to the 19th this was the best time of my life everything was just amazing and esthetic I felt like a new person when I was staying at Hyatt Regency thank you so much guys and I can’t complain everything was perfect and everything was nice and polite . This is the best Hotel in town if you are looking for the words Fancy and esthetic
