Summary: Spacious clean rooms. Friendly staff. Incredible food. Excellent location- walking distance to the food markets, Sunday markets, the ferry port and malls. Special mention again to all staff there- extremely friendly and helpful. We had a great stay, thank you!

Summary: My stay here is for meetings with customers. It is a good hotel to put up as it is convenient for customers to park right in front of the hotel. I am a World of Hyatt member, and it gives me a discount of 50% on meals when I am staying there. So, this is also cost saving for my company and the convenience.

Summary: We found this hotel to be ok except for one major problem, and thats the bedroom design, instead of having the traditional bathroom with shower, the toilet opens to the room and the shower opens to the room,so you come out of the toilet into the bedroom to wash your hands ,and you come out the shower cubicle to get a towel really bad design .The hotel overall was ok , good breakfast, nice pool, good location, but because of the bathroom design we will not be choosing this hotel again , overall think this hotel should be rated 4.5 stars not 5
