Summary: The area and place was great but unfortunately I did get insect bites from the room. Don't believe it was bed bugs but since it's dog friendly it may have been flees or something similar. Dealing with several bites at the moment but other than that staff and everything is there for you like food, drinks etc. Parking seemed easy. Would be a 5 star without the insect bites.

Summary: The overall ambience of the Maya is very nice although the elevator in our building did not work the entirety of our stay and we were on the fifth floor so it made it very inconvenient. Also staff was unprofessional.

Summary: Place was amazing and staff was nice. I missed that if cost $49 to park at the hotel that we paid for but that’s the only thing that I wasn’t happy with. Our view and room was amazing
