Positive: It was very close to the airport bus station. Very central to restaurants and grocery stores.

Negative: Very clean and comfortable.

Positive: The staff was extremely polite and helpful! The bad was very comfortable. The location is very good and the restaurant serves delicious food.

Negative: The idea of room credit was new to me. Apparently there was no way to put anything on a room tab because I was supposed to make a deposit first or something I don't know... There was no toilet brush in the bathroom; They didn't refil our drinking water and there was no mini bar or room service (may be this is hotel policy like the room credit). And the rooftop pool area could use some development because right now it feels a bit empty and cheap

Positive: The room was a comfortable size, the beds were very good, the pillows as well! We especially appreciated that the extra bed (a pull-out couch for our daughter) actually provided real sleeping comfort — we’ve had very different experiences with that in the past. The staff were very friendly and attentive, whether at the reception, at the bar in the lobby or the friendly waiter at the rooftopbar, or at the end of our stay — HOQUE, who helped us with our luggage. By the way, the rooftop bar and the pool outdoor area are new and have a really nice atmosphere. In summer, when it’s hot, I can imagine it being lovely to have a cocktail by the pool. We always had breakfast outside (at Oh Honey! — it was fantastic!), so I can’t comment on the hotel’s food. However, there is a small shop where we bought some snacks once. Drinking water is available on the floor for refilling.

Negative: The indoor pool area didn’t completely convince me — I’d rate it a 7 out of 10.

Positive: Nice clean hotel, spacious room, 24/7 SPA, the water temperature in both swimming pools was very pleasant. Good breakfast. The staff is extremely nice and helpful everywhere.

Negative: The area outside the hotel is busy and noisy, but perhaps for somebody this is an advantage. Cocktails in the hotel are not what you expect from a 5 star property, more a student pub.
