Positive: The hotel is in a good location. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping! Extremely busy area in the evening and night. The room I was in facing the pjazza was really nice. The gym and indoor pool are a decent size. The spa on site was so relaxing!
Negative: As a non smoker, I didnt appreciate that the hotel guests were smoking at their tables outside at breakfast and dinner. There should have been a space where they can go and smoke! Someone was vaping at the indoor pool which was outrageous! Breakfast buffet was a bit boring, same thing every day and not a lot of variety! For the price I was expecting so much more! On arrival the receptionist failed to mention the discount vouchers for the food/drinks spent at the restaurant I was entitled. And I didnt know the sauna was included in included!
Summary: Good hotel with good amenities!

Positive: The hotel was very well kept with modern amenities. Hyatt was in a great location, walkable to many restaurants and sites. The rooftop pool was awesome especially during the very humid and hot days. The staff were also very professional. I want to make special mention to Anna at the front desk for being so gracious to accommodate my needs. Also Valentina at the concierge desk for booking a difficult excursion. The staff during breakfast also is with a mention for their attentiveness.
Negative: The Regency Club could have had more of a selection. The indoor pool was too hot.
Summary: Great hotel, great location, great service.

Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent and our room was perfect. The rooftop pool was great, and sky deck area. The breakfast was also very good. Couldn’t recommend enough.
Negative: The food in the pool area was nice but very expensive.

Positive: Everything was exceptional for a very good price.Clean room.Great amenities.Clean pools both the indoor and the outdoor one.24h indoor pool and gym was perfect.Staff excellent.
Negative: Only the toilette water was a bit smelly (the toilette was perfectly clean) but it probably also has to do with the water smell from malta.

Positive: Perfect location which is quiet and yet very central to all the shops and restaurants and nightlife
Negative: Nothing to dislike. We stayed in a Regency King suite and it was perfect
Summary: Great 10 day stay. Check out the rooftop bar and pool. Spa facilities were also fabulous
