Positive: Very clean, staff worked with all accommodations, and we were able to check in as soon as we arrived. That allowed us to go see the city and ride the tram over to the Mall of America. This is definitely a place we will stay again
Negative: When we applied the do not disturb sign and the cleaning people still came into our room, after I was told they wouldnt

Negative: The parking was terrible I lost My ticket and couldn't leave the parking deck. The wanted me to reverse all the way back up to come in the building to pay a 45 dollar fee in order to leave and get a new ticket didn't care about My safety reversing in a parking deck to the next available floor. Customer service didn't help. Over night is 30 dollars a night for a ticket to park in the parking deck. They need to find better ways to assist customers maybe a mobile ticket I'm not sure but a quarter size ticket is easy to lose! Also there was moderates amounts of hair in the bath tub sink and floor upon arrival. However I let them know and they fixed it right away and texted with an apology.

Negative: No where to store clothing for a weeks long visit , just a small drawer to put things in.

Positive: The access to the skyway and location of this building make it great to get to different downtown areas, the room was pretty clean, the city view is amazing
Negative: The coffee shop downstairs is a little pricey for the food you get, the pool is outdated and is 4 feet all around,

Negative: The rooms don’t have a microwave in the room and it’s not easy to find. Staff just mentioned it was on the 6th floor where the stayfit fitness center is and that was not enough information for someone who doesn’t know the layout of the hotel.
