Summary: The floors were dirty. The room entryway is dark. The shower has no light, so it’s dark. The soap holder in the shower is janky, so the shampoo/conditioner bottles fall off. The general feel was that our room was dirty, janky, and not in good repair. Staff was all right. Front end lobby person made it feel like it was a huge ordeal to print out a parking ticket pass.

Summary: Loved the stay and staff but I would suggest better lighting in rooms when you walk into the door in front of mirror not enough lighting to utilize the mirror.

Summary: The room was smaller than I had expected and just a stale blank room. I paid extra for a higher floor, we were placed on 17th. I had called ahead and requested a room above the 20th. Apparently none were available but the hotel wasn’t very busy. Not a soul in the lounge. The hot tub was covered and off, another disappointment. For $280 a night I had expected something a bit more luxe as I have gotten in the past. Wouldn’t recommend.

Summary: The room cleanliness was not up to par especially the shower. The bed didn’t have a fitted sheet, just a flat sheet that didn’t fit well and kept coming off, kind of odd especially for the price per night

Summary: We found a bedbug on the mattress and reported it to the front desk. They promptly moved us to a new room, which thankfully had a better view. However, the air conditioning in the new room was extremely loud—likely an issue in all rooms. We requested two additional bottles of water, but they were never delivered. Also, before showering, I recommend checking the body wash and shampoo dispensers, as all of ours were empty. While the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the overall cleanliness did not meet our expectations, especially compared to other Hyatt locations we've stayed at in different states. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the standard we’ve come to expect from the brand.
