Summary: This hotel is outstanding. It is clean, quiet and well maintained. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The pool is clean and lovely. The staff are excellent - courteous and very eager to please. We all enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to stay here again.

Summary: For a Hyatt Hotel, I booked a Club floor room for all the extra amenities and perks This normally brings! I was extremely surprised to find that all the extra money paid for the club room, did not give us any refreshments or private lounge throughout the day. All you get for all Thos extra cash is a two hour of drinks and a limited range of alcoholic beverages! A real insults for Hyatt!
