Summary: Great stay, clean rooms, very family friendly. Was great that we were able to book a cheaper property but still enjoy the perks of the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Had an great weekend, will definitely book again.

Summary: The hotel area was amazing! Unfortunately the rooms are very old..we had a room with bad smell that we ask them to change our room and they did it immediately. The other room was better with the smell but still very old. We did an early check out because we couldn't stay another night in the room. But beside the room the hotel was amazing and lots to do with the kids.

Summary: This is one of our favorite places. We come every year sometimes twice a year since we live only about an hour+ away. Though some features have changed over the years. There definitely needs to be more servers tending the pool area. Years ago they would circulate constantly. Also there HAS to be more umbrellas. The sun is blaring and yes it’s great to cool off in the pool, but there has to be more shade too. Seriously, 10 more umbrellas around chairs by the pool would make a massive difference.

Summary: The hotel is beautiful and very relaxing. This is my third visit, and I always leave feeling relaxed, except for the beach, which I haven't been able to see yet. It's a bit difficult to make a reservation. When you're a group, there should be more capacity. The hotel is very nice, but it doesn't have a beach. Previously, you could spend a day at the other nearby hotel; they no longer allow it, unless you pay. It's changed a bit; everything else is excellent.
