Negative: I think when you’re paying as high as days as we are that they should maintain their suites. Their furniture is old. I don’t know what they’re doing with the maintenance fee every year they’ve bought new furniture. They don’t really seem to care whether your platinum member or your VIP member if you don’t book within the Hyatt grand vacation they asked you even though you’ve spent all this money as a platinum member. They didn’t wanna recognize platinum members. They don’t take care of their rooms. They need cleaning they need new furniture for the kind amount of money that all their customers are paying that belongs. It’s kind of disgraceful

Positive: Best service ever, very clean resort, great food, very considerate service. Beautiful infinity pool with view of the Cabo Arc.
Negative: The AC's are quite noisy outside, you can hear the roof partitions in the penthouse, especially at night.

Positive: The grounds were beautiful. The location was great. The staff were very helpful and, for those who are concerned about a language barrier, the vast majority of the staff speak English. Additionally, the property is not in the marina, but it is easily accessible via Uber.

Positive: Everything was top notch: The location, the view, the restaurant, the game room, and the heated swimming pools. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. The food was delicious! Kudos to their chefs and kitchen staff! The area felt very safe, and I was able to arrange roundtrip airport transfers by contacting the hotel prior to arrival. Definitely recommend!
