Welcome to our modern one bedroom, one bathroom second floor apartment located in the trendy SoHo/ Historic Hyde Park District. Enjoy morning walks along beautiful Bayshore with your favorite coffee, fabulous lunches and incredible dinners at the many amazing restaurants including the famous Bern's Steakhouse, all within walking distance. Margaritas and Tacos are always on the menu at the super cool Green Lemon located just two blocks away or if you are a Cigar Aficionado, Casa de Monte Cristo is just a 13 minute walk down South Howard Ave. Our one bedroom air conditioned apartment features a private 2nd floor entry, hardwood floors and granite counter tops throughout. There is one queen size bed with a T.V in the bedroom, the living room features a T.V pull out couch, ceiling fan and blazing fast internet, the kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower. All dishes and linens are supplied. If you are looking for a place to stay during the annual Gasparilla, look no further, we are just steps away for the parade route and many Gasparilla activates.
**Please note there is no elevator, only stairs and one parking space.

Summary: The perfect spot to enjoy the SoHo area! Walkable to Berns steakhouse & close to uber downtown. The apartment was as nice as the pictures portrayand it was stocked with all that we needed for a long weekend. We will be back!

Summary: Very nice place. Clean. Conveniently located. Small. But almost all thats nessicery if you are just looking for a place to sleep and spend a lottle down time. One negative is since there is no freezer which they do not advertise so all is good, there is nowhere to store ice unless you travel with a cooler. There were beach chairs and an umbrella which is nice. Also no outdoor space for relaxing, but who cares go out and enjoy tampa.

Summary: We loved this location. We were only in the area for a couple of days we were able to walk everywhere during our stay. But I must add, the floors were filthy. You could not walk barefoot in this unit. The freezer was unusable and we could not find extra blankets for the couch bed. The unit is advertised to sleep three but we were charged extra for the third person. Hostess was quick to reply but didn't take our concerns seriously.

Summary: Good spot. Has everything you need for a weekend getaway. Next door to Berns. Not really walkable for a night out in Hyde park, just tad too far.

Summary: Very clean and well stocked (especially the pod coffee maker, and umbrellas). The door lock was easy to use. (Could have used some ice trays.)

Summary: This property was all that was advertised and then some. We were very surprised and impressed with the Hyde Park/SoHo neighborhood. Beautiful homes with fabulous porches and then, of course, the Bay, made for very pleasant walks. We attended an affair at the downtown Marriott, only 2.6 miles away. So happy to stay here instead of there. Thank you to our helpful friendly host Karen. I definitely recommend this property.

Summary: Nice accommodations in a safe residential area, with good restaurants nearby (within walking distance from the condo). We enjoyed exploring the nearby Hyde Park area, as well as the "So Ho" section of town where the condo is located. Great response time from host when a couple of small questions arose; highly recommend!
