Wonderful newly furnished and renovated 2nd floor apartment Hyde Park Square, steps away from many excellent dining/cocktail options. Outstanding location: 3 miles from XU, 5 Miles from UC and 6 miles from downtown Cincinnati. 2 minute drive or walk to either Mt. Lookout or Oakley to everything! An Ideal "home base" to enjoy and explore the beautiful eastern suburbs of Cincinnati.

Fantastic neighborhood with all of life's needs walking distance away. Hyde Park Square has many outstanding dining and drinking options: Arthur's, Echo, Cock and Bull English Pub, Graeters Ice Cream, Tellers, E+O, and great coffee at Awakenings. A 2 minute walk to upscale Rookwood Pavilion for countless additional dining and cocktail options and shopping: Nordstrom, Joseph Banks, Bed, Bath and Beyond, DSW, TJ Maxx, Black and White Store, Whole Foods, Buca Di Beppo, The Pub, P.F. Chang's and many more.

Summary: The location was great. Very close to nice restaurants and stores. The house was very clean and had a fantastic updated kitchen and bathroom. The living room area is a bit smaller for large groups/family but the bedrooms were large. The house also contains a few flights of stairs to get into but was great to accommodate my family on a short stay. The owner was also extremely nice and responsive to anything we needed.

Summary: Cute older house, that has character. Stan was wonderful to work with and very friendly. There were many restaurants close by to walk to, etc. I would stay here again.

Summary: This was a perfect place for my family to stay while in town for Thanksgiving. Everyone had a comfortable bed and there’s a nice small kitchen with everything you need to cook meals as needed. We’ll definitely be back.

Summary: We spent one night and it was perfect for what we needed--a safe, clean place to crash after a night on the town. The apartment sleeps 6 comfortably. The bathroom is recently updated. The kitchen was stocked with some basic essentials. Plenty of off street parking. It's very close to some trendy restaurants and there was even a farmer's market happening on the Sunday that we checked out, just a block away. We were about a 15 min uber ride from OTR, and were able to get rides no problem; even though it was a busy Saturday night during Oktoberfest. Stan was super friendly and helpful. He was readily available to make sure my check in went smoothly and to answer any questions. Thanks Stan! We would definitely stay again!
