Summary: This was our first trip to Cincinnati and Stan's apartment was the best. It's very spacious and clean, and the off-street ample parking only added to this great place! The neighborhood is fantastic - very walkable, great selection of eateries and shops. It was a pleasure meeting Stan. He knows a great deal about Cincinnati and answered all of our many questions. We would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back. Thanks so much Stan for this wonderful listing!

Summary: Great location. Clean, quiet and very comfortable apartment. Stayed for a few nights while visiting family. Very safe area with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: Seamless check-in. Clean, quiet well-apportioned. Landlord accessible for minor tweaks such as WiFi glitches -- and a 2 minute walk from the world's best ice-cream. What more could one ask for?

Summary: The one bedroom apartment worked out great for the two of us. Because of the larger floor plan, I could sleep in the bedroom while my husband stayed up late watching TV and enjoying a snack - that is hard to do in a small apartment or hotel. The apartment was clean and well furnished to be both beautiful and comfortable. Because everything in the apartment seemed to be new, everything was in good repair. The bathroom is large and spacious with a beautiful glass shower. The location was amazing. We were able to walk to restaurants in a very desirable area with food and shopping. . I would have loved to explored that part of town more! Don’t worry about bringing a car, the parking is off the street, spacious, and easy to use. Stan was easy to reach and communicated well. Check in and out was easy. This lodging is a great get away for either relaxing or spending time in the city!

Summary: We stayed here for a couple of weeks while in transition between houses. It has easy access to the highway, is walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping, and is in a safe neighborhood. We are very grateful to the owner who really helped us find solutions unique to our transition. The place is spotless and everything functions well. The space is well designed and the kitchen is nicely equipped. Thanks Stan for sharing your place!
