Summary: The location in Hyde Park is excellent. It's easy to access both the immediate area and any freeway you need. I stayed in the first floor property and the parking was just a few steps from the entry door which was very convenient. It is very tastefully decorated and includes modern amenities while preserving the charm of an older building. Truly a perfect combination. The property owner is so very helpful and accessible for anything you might need. I was so happy to stay here for an extended visit in Cincinnati.

Summary: This property is great for 2 people. It was very clean, had very nice furniture, and a comfortable bed. And the location can't be beat...it is just 2 houses up the street from Hyde Park Square, with several restaurants and shops, and is also an easy drive to downtown Cincinnati. Stan was easily accessible, just a text away. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We stayed in the first floor unit of Stan's rental house and enjoyed its convenient location (within steps, literally, of Hyde Park Square shops, restaurants, and cafes). Stan was a responsive host and made our stay very easy.

Summary: Clean, comfortable, wonderful location. Ample off-street parking. Proprietor was easy to contact and very responsive. The apartment has a nicely updated kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans. Just a very short walk to Hyde Park Square. We felt very safe walking back to our apartment at night.

Summary: The reviewer above is correct that the apartment is really a studio, with no door between the bedroom and living room. It’s beautiful, meticulously clean and very comfortable, and the location is literally steps from shops, restaurants, and a Sunday farmer’s market. Stan was extremely responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The apartment is best described as a studio. That being said there is plenty of space, the property is comfortable and very pretty, and the host is incredibly kind and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the cute neighborhood less than a block walk away! Also close to the zoo and Cincinnati Childrens hospital.
