Positive: The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The welcome drink, along with the personalised letter, made for an exceptionally warm and thoughtful welcome.

Negative: the indoor pool was not heated, and none of the spa showers had warm water. The quality of the buffet food was disappointing, and the other restaurants within the hotel were closed, so we had to go outside the hotel area for meals.

Summary: The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious and clean. However, the buffet food was disappointing.

Positive: The indoor pool, the sauna and the free drinks at the bar.

Negative: I didn't like the buffet food at all. It reminded me of hospital food. Also, I didn't like that they would offer free coffee, but only the ones that require no effort (like a single espresso). They would charge a lot for making you a proper coffee.

Summary: It's ok. Not 5 star experience.
