Hydrangea Cottage is a quaint 2 bedroom cottage sleeping 6 people comfortably.
It is fully furnished and comprises of 2 spacious bedrooms, the first has a QS bed and plasma tv and the second bedroom has a QS bed and single bunks.

Both rooms have air conditioning vents and ceiling fans.

Laundry comprises of washing machine and dryer.
All linen is provided.

The main lounge has reverse cycle heating/cooling, plasma TV and DVD player.

Large secure grassed back yard and off street undercover parking for 2 vehicles.

PLEASE NOTE: A cleaning fee of $40.00 applies to all stays.
PET SURCHARGE: $40.00 per duration of stay.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCOMMODATION:

Cancellation if caused by the client - Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE and required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full on or before occupancy.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. On these occasions you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00a.m by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise or constant barking is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of accommodation costs.

Summary: Great location, easy off street parking, big securely fenced yard, cosy and comfortable inside - the perfect accommodation for us and our two dogs so we could break our trip from Sydney to Adelaide.

Summary: We selected this house as we needed a pet friendly option. The house was older but immaculately clean and offered all the comfort needed for a short stay. The spacious yard was secure for our dog and they allow the dog inside and offer a pet lounge. The weather was hot, one day over 40 but the house was comfortable and the aircon is vented into the bedrooms ensuring a good sleep. The neighbourhood was quiet and just a sort drive to town or the riverfront .

Summary: We enjoyed our visit to Mildura and the local towns in Victoria and New South Wales, house is in a good location for this. The Murray River is very flooded so we were able to experience this but it did limit so our activities we got to experience. House is totally dog friendly and our three dogs enjoyed their time and relaxed which is great for the owners. It would have been good to have tourist information in the house but the tourist information centre were helpful and let you which activities are dog friendly.

Summary: A great property with well landscaped front garden in Mildura a few kilometers from the town centre and the river. Great property that very much suited our family, including our dog that loved being able to roam the fully fenced back yard. He even had his own dog couch in the back entrance area. Well supplied kitchen that made cooking easy and the beds comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained - a no fuss, comfortable option and dealing with Donna was great. All our instructions were timely and clear.
