Positive: Self catering, all necessary was available. Reasonably centrally located. Quiet
Negative: Little/no information about the premises was available at the apartment, Maybe it was sent to my phone but that was stolen on the day of arrival. I knew that we were supposed to remove rubbish on leaving but we couldn't find where nor which rubbish went in which containers (for recycling etc). The hot water appeared to only be hot at night, perhaps solar heating, but we couldn't shower or wash our hair in the mornings. No information so couldn't know otherwise.

Positive: Location 2 blocks from a metro station so easy access to downtown. Brian and Olga were exceptional hosts. I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very relaxing after a long day of site seeing. Everything was great and I especially appreciated a safe place to park the rental car.
Summary: Had a wonderful stay in a quiet and relaxing place.

Positive: Well equiped apartment, everything you may need is there. It was clean although a little humid. Location was good, 15- 20min walk to the center. Nice host and a parking space. Apartment on the 2nd floor attic. Two bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen.
Negative: Only tilt windows and sometimes sloping walls made kitchen a little bit uncomfprtable to use. Its an old building so a little mustiness can be noticable.

Positive: Great communication from the host, loved the flexibility in regards to check-in times. Also very handy the appartement comes with a parking spot.
Negative: The showerhead was broken, same as the curtain on the velux window in the main bedroom. Price/Quality it did not meet our expectations.
