Positive: Close to a shopping centre, a tram stop, malta lake and the old town. The check-in and check-out are easy. There is a supermarket in the same building. The owner of the property is very helpful and easily accessible. She did her best for our comfortable stay. We wish to stay again.

Positive: Very beautiful and cozy apartment near the city center. We felt there like as at home. Everything is clean and functional. Communication with owner was great. We were able to check-in earlier, with no problem. Parking place is in modern underground garages. There is a supermarket in the same building which is open everyday until 23 pm (except Sunday). We really enjoy our time in Poznan, thank you a lot :-)

Positive: Hosts are great, perfect place for stay, clean, new, contact without any problems. We paid to much for parking but host sent moneys back. If yuo are planning to stay you should choose that place. We will back in future for sure.

Positive: Close to the tram stopp, so it had easy access to entire Poznan. Super clean, like someone had clean up a murder scene, absolutely spotless.
Negative: The construction outside, but i understand that nothing the owner can do about. When the construction finish it will only make this place better with new and better sidewalks, bikelanes and tram access.

Positive: The apartment is absolutely new, clean, and very comfortable. Tastefully furnished with nice, good quality furniture and fittings. Awesome neighborhood! Quiet and residential yet literally 2 min walk from a big shopping centre and 20 min walk (or 5 min tram ride) from the old town. The owners are super accommodating and friendly.
Negative: - no shelf inside the shower - no coffee maker (they offer a coffee delivery service but it’s quite expensive and overall uncomfortable for longer stays. We ended up buying a french press….) - no microwave - there’s very intense construction works literally all around the building. They start around 6:30 am, including Saturdays, and are quite loud. This is of course (hopefully) temporary but I would have appreciated being warned about it ahead of booking. It was quite problematic to work during the day when I stayed at the apartment.
Summary: Comfortable stay at a new, clean, well located apartment
