Summary: Easy to find and convenient location. Staff were reasonably friendly. Room was clean however on one of our nights it wasn’t cleaned properly and amenities were not refilled. Very flat pillows which were uncomfortable. We would stay again.

Summary: The customer service is outstanding! The staff behind the counter and the guest services have been so helpful. The location is right in front of a tram stop, public transportation is free for guests. We will definitely stay here again!
