Summary: Nice hotel with updated amenity and decor, convenient to tram stop, friendly staff, food at restaurant is good. Only suggestion to management is to consider changing your pillows - they don’t provide any support regardless how many you stack together. saw others leaving similar feedback.

Summary: Excellent location, not too far from the main downtown area of Marienplatz. Bus stop is few minutes away from the hotel and will take you directly to main downtown shopping areas in 25 minutes. Bus pass may be purchased at hotel reception. Room with king size bed is spacious, bathroom has heated floor. Complimentary Minibar was fully stocked daily with beer, soda, juice and sparkling and still water. Housekeeping is automatically performed daily.

Summary: Location to tram is great! Hotel is modern and very well kept. Our room was exceptionally warm and they quickly moved us. Pillows aren’t great, only complaint. Would stay there again for sure.
