Summary: The hotel was beautiful and stylish, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms had everything we needed and the were cleaned daily, they were also sound proof. Our room was across from the elevator and we did not hear a thing the while time we were there. It was very close to lots of different restaurants and cafes. I will definitely be booking this hotel again when I return to Bordeaux.

Summary: The hotel room was lovely and just what we wanted, the only minor criticism was that the only english TV channel was news. Our check in was good and the reception staff helpful and friendly but during our stay we came in and out and they rarely acknowledged us. We would have felt more welcome if they had looked up and said hello or asked us about our day. We had no contact with the concierge (if there was one). We paid the use the spa, it was small but good , we were just disappointed that the water in the juccuzi was not hotter.

Summary: We stayed here for 2 nights and booked a massage and spa afterwards for 1.5 hours. The entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property is very convenient in a city that is already easy to get around in.
