Summary: Ideal location close to the station but also near the main parts of Chambery - old and new! The staff were all friendly and very helpful to someone who does not speak French.

Summary: Very good location, staff excellent and suoer helpful. Room large and comfortable. Lots of shops, restaurants etc around the hotel. Decent breakfast with vegan options. Tricky to find parking but once directions sorted, parking secure and easy to use. Swimming pool too popular, didnt get to use it but good to see everyone enjoying it.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's a very convenient location for the town centre and the railway station. A little more attention needed towards maintenance and cleanliness: the extractor fan in our shower room wasn't working which was a minor inconvenience and the shower head neads cleaning. The staff were very helpful with suggestions re places to visit.
