Positive: Great location inside old town Riquewihr! The room was very clean and the staff was welcoming and friendly. Gorgeous view out my window!
Negative: The room deco was outdated, especially the bathroom.

Positive: Great situation. Nice room with a pretty spartan bathroom . Staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good.
Negative: Dinner was OK but quite heavy going. Catering for the tourist trade without much inspiration.

Negative: Bit small and lacked any extra ie electric jug etc for my nightly cuppa.
Summary: We were late arriving so very appreciative of receptionists staying late to cehevk us in.

Negative: Staff: is not about money when place is good and attitute to tourist is ok. I am german traveling with mexicans and they give me the impresion they dont like tourists from other countries. Even before arriving to the hotel were very undriendly on the phone. They sale two bedroom and give one. I gamble at the end price down of extra room they gave me because of their unfriendly way before arriving and during stay. That hotel and stay would be rated as 10. Just not for toirist from outside france. Maybe they are to stressed in france due to their economical current situation! We tourist bring money and like this there is no chance for returning with their infriendy mood. They should put we accept only french tourist and if you want a room with two beds we do what we want and you shut up. Mmmm! Sad! Twin beds are two beds!!!! Pls re-write your descriptions! And english is a must in 2024. Just little. I hope reducing the little amount of 20 euros you understand that is no the Money. Just a lesson! Tourist pay your bills. Be friendly in the phone and dont tell us we must learn french and if you sell a room with twin beds and you put fotos of 2 beds pls give two beds or in case you gave to others the room of two beds dont ask for money for extra room. I pay because i am an excellent tourist and i love to pay for what i consume but not in that way you wanted to charge in your bad mood! I am sure you feel it! Change guys! Or shift to other business without tourist!
