Summary: Good hotel in a convenient location with many restaurants nearby and within walking distance to a big shopping mall. The room is super clean , new floor no carpet, very nice

Summary: Hotel is located at a good location. Near to highway. Mall and lots of restaurants are easily accessible. Room was clean. Front desk associate was co-operative. There was no communication issue. Breakfast was very disappointing. Not much choice. No protein at all. Just Bagels and slice of breads. Coffee is good.

Summary: Our room was fine, a bit dark and furniture dated, slight shredding of fabric on the chairs. First dat they did not clean the room which was a bit of a surprise. Atrium where breakfast was served was surprisingly quiet. I expected the noise to travel to all the rooms facing it, but it didn't. Overall a quiet hotel. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, toast, bagels, cereal, canned fruit, banana, orange, coffee and tea. Being gluten intolerant, I could only stomach the fresh fruit. As there was a heat wave during our visit, the pool was a welcome addition. Not sure how clean it was by the end of the day when half the hotel had been swimming it but enjoyable none the less. The bus 800/801 stops just down the street and is a 20 minute ride to the old part of Quebec City making it an easy and convenient commute. There is a great all you can eat sushi buffet next door to the hotel; Shogun. Overall our stay was enjoyable and I recommend it.

Summary: Breakfast was not good. Very basic. The room was quite OK , however after showering we noticed that water was coming out of the floor in the bedroom. People should know that there are rooms in the half basement as well . Not all rooms are opened to the atrium. Nice points: available indoor and outdoor parking, close to restaurants.

Summary: The pictures dont do the m this hotel justice. It was so beautiful and clean. we enjoyed our stay. My only issue was that there was no protein at breakfast, unless you wanted peanut butter. There was 8 different cereals, but I dont drink milk, and multiple bagels, but my body can't digest bread. Had I known, I probably would have chosen another hotel.

Summary: Good area, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Our room was nice enough, certainly clean, the bed was a bit hard. Free parking, though it seemed like they may be short on spaces. Once we arrived we did not move our car, so was not a concern for us. The hotel participates in a public transit program, we got free bus passes which we used to visit Old Quebec. Very convenient, we could visit and have drinks without having to worry about driving back to the hotel. The pool was nice- they could use more lounge chairs. Our first visit to the area- we would stay again!

Summary: Hotel and staff were very good the first time at this hotel but this time way too noisy with construction starting way too early, the AC made noise like a motel one. Difficult to sleep. Bed comfy and room clean.
