Summary: Greeted by v. Confusing signs in car parking to find lift and access. Friendly and helpful staff in reception; but disconcerting to be handed TV remote with instructions to hand it back when leaving. Room smelled like old person's flat. Large room containing only bed, headboard with lights and self-assembly shelves. Window open, above noisy motorway; required handle from reception to shut, and couldn't be closed to. Noisy road disturbed us. Nicely tiled wet-room, but only cheap shower fitting, installed at height for 5' person only, and hanging off wall; the rose fell off in use. One had the impression that the hotel, built in 2013, had had good ideas but ran out of money, and little done since. The bed was very comfortable.

Summary: It’s a hotel for travellers, a bit of a walk to the city centre (but worth it). Very difficult to spot the entrance as it is not well sign posted. Also it is in a building which has another hotel that is very well sign posted. So confusion occurred trying to identify if I was at the right place.

Summary: the faicllity was not expansive so need to be taken also as a fact so can not expect all but it was not clean , there was no room service done for days , so towels were wet and did not dry as the room was very bad ventilated. not an hotel to take once again. Thank you
