Positive: We really enjoy Hotel Saint Marc, and this was our second visit. The location is perfect if you like walking around Paris, with easy access to key areas while still being in the business district. The service is thoughtful and helpful — the team can arrange taxis, book massages, and support with plans. The private one-hour booking for the steam room and pool is a standout, especially for a couple or family. The room is also very comfortable, with heated bathroom floors, a nice shower, an excellent bed, and a Nespresso machine. Breakfast is buffet-style and very good.

Negative: The main issue is the carpet, which shows significant wear and tear for a hotel of this caliber. Depending on the rate you paid, that may or may not matter to you. The coffee at breakfast could also be improved.
