Positive: The location was very good and easy entrance to the ocean. The stuff was so kind and helpful always smile and easy going
Negative: There are two aspects make me not very satisfied with stay at this hotel 1. there are a lot of repetition in food menu every day there are the same dishes with 1-2 changes in 2. the bars are far from the pools and from the beach and the beer glass are 250ml so you should go many times to get drinks.

Positive: All the meals were excellent with many choices. We kept to mainly a vegetarian/fruit diet so as not to put on weight! Friendly staff who were very helpful. Our room was facing the sea so we were very pleased. The pool areas were clean and plenty of sun beds although they were very close together.
Negative: The guests!!! Iv seen a man enter the dining room without a shirt, no one told him to dress. I saw an African man with flip flops at dinner who removed them when he sat down. Urgh! The dress code is not adhered to by many guests! See through clothing is not acceptable at the cocktail party.
Summary: Excellent place for a short stay. I recommend visiting places outside Agadir as there is lots to see

Negative: I had a nice stay until the end when one of the front staff came to my family and treated us like we were stealing or something, saying that we weren’t allowed to eat dinner although i paid extra to check out at 6pm.
Summary: I would never go back to any iberostar resorts
