Positive: This is my 3rd Iberostar in Spain and I would like to say this exceeded my expectations. I would give 15 out of 10 to the staff if I could. Professional, atentive, passionate and unforgetable. Special mention go the Star camp, absolutely brilliant group! Food variety is.not as big as we expected but quality control was veey high. Nice pools and and stunning and windy endless beach are just there by a short walk We tried both Sea Soul and Manolete restaurants with an excellent menu and service. The Spa was also unbelievable, quiet with professional staff and reasonable prices. We will come back!
Negative: Laundry service needs improvement. It took 3 days to come back to the room..

Positive: The staff were very friendly & no matter how busy always smiled. Our waitress Veronica was exceptional in her duties. (worthy of 5/5 stars). The food was exceptional but I did miss having fresh prawns on the menu. We requested a room change & this was dealt with efficiently. The golf course was a short walk away but there was also hotel transport, if requested, to the course.
Negative: A topper on the mattress. No prawns on the menu. Our ice bucket leaked by the table & caused a potential Health & Safety issue for slipping on the floor. A yellow hazard warning was erected but the water remained on the floor, my complaint to Management was not followed up by them which was very poor because had an accident occurred the hotel would have been culpable. In 50 years of travel we've never had to pay to use the bedroom safe which was 3 euros a day!

Positive: Food quality, quantity and variety of choices was awesome! But desserts were just ok. Not bad either, but mostly average.
Negative: Deserts were just average, while the rest of food was excellent. A pity some icecreams, sandwiches and sweets around were not included in the "all inclusive" scheme. Can you believe it?

Positive: The hotel was nice rooms clean and good size.
Negative: The air-conditioning did not work. I'm our room. When we informed staff, they were rude and told us it was working. Only when we asked to make an official complaint did the manager suggest a room swap. The following day, the manager did call to apologise. However, we had already left.
