Positive: The location is 20 mins walk from the Amsterdam central station. If you are travelling with a carry on luggage, expect to walk and have comfortable shoes. The venue had decent breakfast spread. They offer you a welcome drink coupon.
Negative: The room was moderately cleaned. I wished it could have been cleaner. No water in the room, or to have a cup of coffee if you wanted to. Small TV in the room. The view was not so great.
Summary: 3 star hotel with friendly, kind and attentive staff.

Positive: I recently stayed at this hotel and I cannot recommend it enough! The location is absolutely unbeatable—right in the center of Amsterdam, making it so easy to explore all the main attractions and canals on foot. Despite being so central, the atmosphere inside was calm and welcoming. A special mention must go to the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Lastly, the breakfast was simply superb! There was a fantastic variety of fresh options, from delicious pastries to hot dishes, providing the perfect start to a long day of sightseeing. If you are looking for a place with excellent service and a top-tier breakfast in Amsterdam, this is the one. I will definitely be back!

Positive: The design of the room.
Negative: The wardrobe is so small The cleaners did not change the Mattress cover, at that night the coke fall from my hand to the bed.. i take the cover of - to let her see and change! But still the same.

Positive: Very nice and clean room — exactly what you’d expect from Ibis. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the 24-hour reception was convenient. The area was quiet, which made for a comfortable stay.
Negative: The hotel is a bit on the outskirts of the city centre — about 20 minutes’ walk from the main train station and 10–15 minutes to the historic town area.

Negative: Dirty and worn down. Room was cleaned but not well. Someone’s hair was on most surfaces especially in the bathroom. Bed linens had stains. Loudness in the hallways at all hours of the night. We were woken up constantly either by people coming back extremely loud or by the furniture being moved in the floor above us.
