Summary: The hotel is in an excellent location. As soon as we arrived, we were given a BaselCard, which made getting around the city very easy. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Summary: The room was clean and just enough room for one person. While I would’ve preferred to be closer to the center of the city, I was able to walk with my luggage from the hotel to the train station, especially once I learned about the passage way or “Passarelle” that was filled with shops and went over the train tracks. Also, the hotel had a small bar where you could get ice!

Summary: Rooms are basic but clean and bed was really comfortable. The blinds were remotely control, therefore felt a bit vulnerable due to office block directing options. No access to heating/AC in room again this is done remotely. Apprently a kettle is available from reception, but was unaware until last night. Breakfast was good, all fresh but limited on variety. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have noticed the reduction overtime in amenities avaliable in the rooms. However the staff and location is always excellent.

Summary: The staff were helpful and friendly during my one night stay. All areas were clean and tidy. The breakfast choices were broad and healthy. The hotel is a short walk form the main Basel train station and very close to tram stops. I enjoyed my stay.
