Summary: A clean room which was cleaned daily. It had everything I needed (except for a kettle, but for the price I really can't complain). Its in a great location, a tram stop right outside, a U Bahn station 10 mins walk away and a bus stop not far either. I would definitely recommend to others and stay here again!

Summary: We arrived in Berlin ahead of the check in time and the wonderful young man at the desk Mr. Omar facilitated us and checked us in. Ibis truly have wonderful staff, the Berlin staff were very friendly and directed us to all the wonderful things to explore in Berlin. On to Ibis Prague ❤️🎄

Summary: Staff was great. Good location with food and beer nearby. 10 min walk to alexanderplatz. Beds were awful. Like sleeping on the floor and only 1 pillow. I ended up using a towel folded up in addition to the 1 pillow.

Summary: Location - good Breakfast spread - wonderful. Would have loved yogurt on the menu. Service at breakfast - excellent crew, very helpful. Room's AC is OFF during winter season. You broil inside the room. No ventilation available. Horrible.

Summary: All great, except one tiny detail that can get overlooked sometimes. I spotted two long strands of hair on my pillow. All clean otherwise. I’m well aware of the amount of work you put to maintain your premises so this is not negative feedback. This is the only thing I would recommend to improve.
