Positive: Close enough to airport Shower was hot and had good pressure Double bed was comfortable Staff, while appearing dumbfounded that I would ask for things I expected to be in the room, were obliging in finding and suppling items if they could.
Negative: Requested twin single room on ground floor due to mobility issues. Staff stated they didn’t get request via booking.com so twin single not available on ground floor. Given single bed over double which was not suitable for 70+ yr old to climb ladder up to. Could do with more pillows supplied. Requested extra pillow each but they’d run out. When they did find one extra it was very flat. Room was very small barely enough room to walk between bed and wall to get into small kitchen area beyond. One chair only and no room for table to eat at in a room that sleeps 3. No menu folders for local eateries available in room. No iron readily available. I had to clear small bench of kettle and teabags to iron clothes. Had to request milk x 2. Had to use toothbrush handle to access air conditioner as it’s higher than I could reach. Requested remote did not work and I suspect the batteries were flat. Pancake machine not operational for breakfast and not enough butter/cheese/yoghurts or fruit out for those wanting them.
Summary: Barely get what you pay for in a budget shoebox motel but bed comfortable and clean.

Negative: Washbasin (sink) in the bedroom. Really? Not enough Shampoo and soap in the bottles. No tissue box.

Positive: location was good, but thats all it had going for it
Negative: the room was extremely small and the bathroom was even smaller a very tight space, the bed was ok but the mattress was well worn the breakfast was ok but i was told it opened at 7am and when i arrived at 7.15am i was told to wait another 10 minutes and to go out and come back. the staff certainly weren’t in at hurry to have the breakfast ready nor was the check-in taking nearly 10 minutes to check me in. i stayed here once before many years ago and was impressed it definitely needs to be refreshed.
Summary: 3 stars, but just
