Summary: I arrived late at night, but it was nice that it was right next to the station. The staff were kind and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't check that breakfast was included, and only realized it when I checked out.

Summary: I do a lot of business travel and this is the worst hotel in years. As a business traveller I expect to have good alternatives to iron my shirts. They only had two irons at the hotel and only lend them out for a €10 deposit. The first of the irons was leaking water and I had to ask to have the other. That's when they told me they only have two. (The second iron thankfully was fine!) What was even worse was that the ironing board was a miniature version for tables and in my room there was no table. The legs on the ironing board were perhaps 4 inches (10cm) when extended which made it sink into my bed when I tried to iron in my room. To my great embarrassment I had to go down to the lobby area to do iron my shirts while other guests passed by. I can't recommend this hotel to any other business traveler. The breakfast was very simple kind of Mediterranean with a few additions. My overall review - for budget travellers it is perhaps ok but not for business travellers. If you are a business traveler then you should select another hotel.

Summary: Great location once I had found it and a very clean, straightforward stay. I just some of the staff could be a bit more helpful. One person was very attentive and helpful, another could have said ‘scan your key on the black box in the lift to make it work, your key needs to go into the round switch as you enter the room (difficult to find in the dark) and I know it’s supposed to be minimal contact.

Summary: A great hotel very close to the train station and central to the town. Very helpful staff. I needed a prescription filled and the lady at reception was able to assist me with making a doctors appointment for the same day which I’m told can be difficult for new patients. I know she had to ring around.

Summary: Had a wonderful time with my daughter at Ibis Budget Leuven, staff was wonderful, very helpful and kind. It was clean and there’s plenty to do in walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: Good location. Very close to the station. But in the morning, the lobby was very crowded for breakfast. My room is located at the end of a corridor. So it is a little bit larger than other rooms.
