Negative: The room was tiny. There were no chairs. Not a comfortable place to stay for more than a night or two

Positive: Quiet clean rooms with English news on tv available

Negative: More I paid by card on booking. When I arrived the reception said card was denied so I had to pay by cash, However I went to my bank as it showed as paid on booking.com and they confirmed it was paid! I went back to reception with the proof & first she said I would be refunded on Monday. I said I want my cash back. She phoned someone who eventually approved payment back in cash. However I ended up with her not able to work out payment and eventually received it but I ended up paying the taxe locale twice ! I know it’s only 1.48 € I have lost but it is the principal . I gave up with the reception in the end !!!!!
