Positive: Great location near the airport. Clean and comfortable but a bit overpriced for an Ibis. Then again, it feels safe, which is worth a lot in Calama.

Positive: Location is good. opposite to a large supermarket and a pizza house. Easy distance from the airport. Very convenient for a transit stay. The hotel is actually very busy. Large breakfast room is always packed with people.

Negative: The bed is extremely small, remind me so much of my travel in the continental Europe. Anyway, nothing we couldn't cope for one night stay.

Positive: The hotel was well situated and breakfast was good.

Negative: The room was so small, that there were not nightstands and we must leave your stuff on the floor. The decoration pretends to be youthful but the truth is it looks old fashioned.

Positive: As a chain hotel, it was broadly consistent with my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable but didn't have any character.

Negative: Check in was more difficult than it should have been. The member of staff didn't seem to know exactly what they were doing. Generally, the staff were somewhat inattentive.
