Positive: Convenient location off the motorway. Very good on-site restaurant. The air conditioning was not working in our room, but Louis, the Reception Manager was great in trying to sort our problem and kindly provided us with a fan. Very nice continental breakfast with a good choice of food. Our room was nice and quiet.
Negative: No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room.
Summary: Good, clean hotel for an overnight stay with friendly staff.

Positive: Bar area, the food and beer was good. Staff were very pleasant.
Negative: Toilet seat wouldnt stay up, the toilet roll holder was loose and the door to the room took about 3 attempts to open each time. Outside area of hotel looked bleak. Need to invest in a member of staff who just does breakfast, it was pretty ordinary to say the least and was displayed on the top of a football games table!

Negative: The room was very small and the beds too narrow. The air conditioning was only ventilation and 31 C outside. The breakfast was very poor, the juice was finished, the worst coffee I ever drank.

Positive: The staff were great. I arrived on my own and I was welcomed very well. The room was perfect, cosy and clean. Restaurant was excellent. Good home-cooked food. As a lone traveller, I felt safe. Quiet hotel with friendly staff. I recommend! The staff really take care of you.
