Negative: There were not much options for the breakfast. Very simple. The TV was old. No HD channels. So, limited channels were receiving by TV. No additional item (no tissues, nothing extra in the room actually).

Positive: The location was very nice. I had a big window with a view on the river and up to the Bastille fort. It was an easy 10 or so minute to walk downtown, and only a 5-minute walk to the train station.
Negative: The internet, or lack thereof!! I really enjoy Ibis hotels, but now that their Accor leadership has forced them to have “free” Wi-Fi, I may have to find another chain of hotels to stay in. Wi-Fi should have nothing to do with trying to sell me on future trips, and being able to sell my information to other companies, for that is what Accor is doing! I do not feel safe using such an internet hookup. I certainly wouldn’t give my credit card number out on such a poor link! It is not safe! And even joining this Wi-Fi was hard enough that, though it said I had joined, I was never allowed online. So, charge more for the room if you must, but give customers “real” internet!

Positive: The location of the hotel was great for my stay. It was close to the trainstation (2-3min by foot) and you can reach the city center by foot in about 10-15min. Additionally my room had a mountain view, which was nice. The breakfast in the morning was good as well and the staff was always friendly.
Negative: Despite the rooms being clean and tidy, they make an old and used impression. I was not spending much time there, so it was not a big problem, but worth mentioning.

Positive: Hotel Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was also good.
Negative: We had lots of difficulty finding the location of the hotel as the streets in Grenoble can be very complicated at interseections and it was raining, and at night, when we were trying to find the hotel.
