Positive: Fantastic location, easily accessed and direct walking route to the ruver and central areas. Free parking, good sized room, normally great value and we returned on overnight on a return trip because of all the above. But...

Negative: A notice on a board apologising for the water being turned off next morning at 9.30 am until 1.30 pm. Should have been no problem but only scalding hot water at 8.00 am so unable to shower or clean teeth. Cancelled intention to check out later as assumed toilets also out of action.

Summary: Disappointing due to one-off water restriction.

Positive: Staff was great. The check in and checkout were very fast with no issues. I notified them of our late evening checkin just for safety, which was a nice option. We prepayed via Booking.com, and had no issues at all. Underground gated paid parking was a good feature and good value at €5. Having an onsite restaurant was wonderful for tired travelers like us who didn't want to search for dinner, and the Menu del Día was great value with options for every taste. So much food I couldn't finish either of my plates! The room was clean and the bed and bedding was very comfortable. It was perfect for a night's stay.

Negative: No place to plug in our phones beside the nightstands. The only outlet was far away at the window area. No cold air coming from the AC. Only warm even though we tried to set it for cold. We finally turned it off and opened the window, but that was just a crack. So it was very warm in the room, and we did wake up several times due to the heat.

Summary: I would definitely stay here again!

Positive: The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of both hot and cold choices and had good hours of availability. The front desk lady had a very good recommendation for dinner. Check in and check out was very efficient. We also used the free parking right in front of the hotel with no issues.

Negative: It is located on a busy road and unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open the day we were there (Sunday).
