Summary: The 4th floor smelt terribly of smoke as they'd had a fire in one of the rooms. It was really bad so I asked to be moved and they kindly moved me. No-one should stay on that floor until the smell has totally gone.

Summary: I had never stayed in an Ibis before and I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and full of character. The restaurant had a nice selection and the food was delicious. Our room was very comfortable. The paint in the room could use a bit of a refresh but that is my only, very slight, criticism.

Summary: Typical Ibis. Everything you need to stop over during a long drive. No complaints but the rooms are very small so be prepared. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Summary: Unfortunately the specifically booked (and confirmed via telephone) twin access room wasn’t set up for our visit (perhaps too short notice). The staff found a good solution and were helpful. The restaurant was overbooked, stressed staff, no knives to eat with, slow service, salad was unwashed … not great.
