Negative: The parking. My car got towed away by the police even though the hotel advised me I could park outside the hotel from 7pm to 9am. Cost me time and 150 euros to get my car back. The lady receptionist was fantastic in helping me sort it out. Please thank her for me.
Summary: Great hotel and great location. Angry about the parking situation and what occurred on the morning of my departure.

Positive: The central location of the hotel is very convenient to access all what the city has to offer. Our room was located at the road and was very well isolated. We didn’t hear any traffic and slept very well. The breakfast was good and provided a variety of savory and sweet breakfast alternatives
Negative: I clarity about the breakfast which is included in the hotel price. If I book for two adults and a child, why is there only one breakfast booked?

Positive: Central location, secure parking and very friendly staff at reception
Negative: Air con couldn’t adjust below 19 so room was too warm Breakfast was ok but not great Gluten free was a microwaved roll warm on the outside, still frozen inside. Gf cake was ok. Wasn’t kept well stocked and man on duty in breakfast room wasn’t on the ball
