Positive: Location was great for what we needed. Rooms were clean and air conditioned, which was very welcome on a hot day. Breakfast was good, there was plenty of it.

Positive: Beds comfortaable, Restaurant and Breakfast very good.

Negative: They now have hard floors (rather than carpet) in all the bedrooms so people moving about cause constant 'thumping' and noise transmission. Because the floors are hard people wear shoes... Unfortunatley one night someone near us was moving about almost continually from 1.00am till 2.30am !!! We also had a ventilation grille below our window (Room 14 on Ground floor) that let in a major draft permanently. When we looked outside next day... its the only room that had it (See picture). We complained but they weren't able to improve the heating accordingly.

Summary: Beside the above we like the place and will return again.
