Summary: The staff, particularly the reception staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We were visiting not for pleasure but to visit friend/relative in hospitol. The staff were amazing.

Summary: Excellent stay. Lovely service. We had one of the smaller rooms but the space was designed nicely. We loved that the metro pass was included, and the breakfast was fantastic! Also, super quick and easy to/from the main train station. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Great hotel while visiting Bern. Easy to hop on the bus (free with a pass from the hotel) and head to old town to walk around. The breakfast was excellent, many options. We used the hotel parking which was convenient.

Summary: Modern spacious and great bar area. We had a really big family room on second floor which was ideal for us with two young children. Free transport into the city from either a bus or tram from just outside the hotel, again perfect when travelling with young children. Wish we’d stayed longer

Summary: Ibis Bern Style is a great hotel, well located, comfortable, and practical. My experience was very positive, and the staff is attentive. Breakfast is very good and worth paying for separately. The only remark is about the shower, which lets some water leak into the sink area. Apart from that, everything was perfect.
