Summary: Great location and good price👍 Asked to not be on the main road side before booking and was put on top floor on opposite side👍👍or so i thought Room was boiling and every single room had window open,no air con,i did see this before i went so took my own fan but was still so hot,i think hotel maybhave some fans but air con is needed in this day and age in hospitality. i thought my room was in a great position until i realised it was directly above the smoking area.In 2026 smokers should not be fagging it right outside the entrance it stinks and is not a good look for the business and it shouldnt be blowing up into peoples rooms especially when its boling hot as no air con and forced to have window open. Smokers outside also pissed up at way past 10-11 pm when the sign says not to smoke after 10,night staff on but didnt go out and say anything! The shower rail fell off in the middle of a shower and hit my partner in the face,upon inspection it had lazily been siliconed back on the wall not screwed.There is also no automatic ventilation in the bathroom so toilet stinks If you want to get your head down for the night on route to manchester or liverpool its great for a 1 nighter but not the best for me. Massive Tesco close by and The pub in the car park is great and good value for money ate there twice.Hotel does food but we chose to eat out so cant comment on that.I think the breakfast was about £10/£11 but really good buffet style in the pub from 9am for £7.99

Summary: When I booked it was supposed to be double room but when I arrived I was told at the reception there was no double so I got a twin room and it was so noisy I had about two hours sleep then they moved me to a double on the second night the pillows wear not good and another night hardly any sleep again I told about the third night still not much sleep the whole experience was awful they need better pillows firm ones

Summary: The room was clean and spacious, and dinner was available right at the hotel—the selection was modest but sufficient. Kudos for the excellent breakfast. The staff were pleasant and friendly.

Summary: The room was great, apart from the windows, we were overlooking the A580 so it was very noisy, difficult to sleep as the windows are not well glazed. The toilet roll does not flush so you waste water trying to re-flush it. We havent eaten here as we used the pub next door. The location is good. The staff friendlyv& helpful, ample parking.
