Positive: Food was good. Room was clean. Nice ambiance. Accommodating staff .

Negative: The hallway color is kind of dark. My friends and I felt a little dizzy while walking through the hallway of the rooms.

Positive: Their staff are very accommodating. I like their hybrid breakfast. The location is fantastic, just walking distance to the malls and very near to the swim course during Ironman.

Negative: No shuttle going to the Convention Center for the Ironman Athletes.

Summary: It was all good, the food was great and the location is superb.

Positive: The hotel is conveniently located across the mall, and its interior has a very modern design. The water pressure was excellent, and they even provided an extra bed free of charge for our 10-year-old son since we are a family of four. All of the staff were very accommodating, and the housekeeping team would check in every night to see if we needed anything.
