Summary: The unit smelled like cigarette smoke. I went to the grocery store upon my arrival only to find upon my return the freezer wasn’t working. My frozen foods were a loss. What little cookware provided in the kitchen was in deplorable shape. No spatula. There were no forks, 2 spoons and 8 knives. Didn’t even have a fork to eat the dinner I purchased at Publix. The furniture (kitchen table and bedroom) was pretty beat up. I was expecting the balcony to be closed for construction (based on the property description), however, I was not expecting the noise from the ropes clanging against the building all night. End up checking out 2 days early. On the positive side, it’s a great sized unit and the location is awesome.

Summary: Unfortunately, my experience with this reservation was disappointing from the moment I arrived. I followed all of the check-in instructions provided before my arrival, but when I got to the property, the front desk could not locate my reservation because the owner had not properly set up my account with the condominium. As a result, I was unable to check in and spent over an hour trying to reach someone who could provide the necessary information. After finally getting in contact with someone, they were able to correct the issue so the front desk could complete my check-in. The delay also created an unpleasant interaction with the valet staff, who were rude about my vehicle being parked out front while I was simply waiting for the check-in issue to be resolved. Once inside the unit, I noticed that it did not fully match the listing. I specifically booked this property because the listing advertised a shower with a separate bathtub, but the unit only had a walk-in shower. The shower also had no door, making it cold and uncomfortable to use. In addition, the apartment showed signs of wear, including scrapes on the walls and burn marks on the dining chairs. Later, when we attempted to use the pool, we discovered we had not been properly registered for access to the building’s amenities because of the earlier check-in issue. This required yet another trip to resolve something that should have already been taken care of before our arrival.

Summary: Overall, my stay was average, but there were several issues that affected the experience. The communication with the host was okay, although we didn't interact very much during my stay. The unit could have been better stocked with essentials. For a three-night stay, there should have been more towels and washcloths available. Additionally, the sofa bed was broken and could not be used. The cleanliness was below average. The white walls were noticeably dirty and in need of washing or repainting. The floors also appeared dusty and could have been swept more thoroughly. The view would have been great, but there was ongoing construction that blocked much of it and created a significant amount of noise. There were also several maintenance issues that should be addressed. In the main bathroom, water from the shower leaked onto the floor, creating a large puddle after each use. Looking under the sink, it appeared the wood had signs of ongoing water damage, suggesting this has been an issue for some time. The furniture throughout the unit was worn, with some pieces old or broken. The sink in the guest bathroom was also loose and not securely attached to the wall, which raised safety concerns. The location is excellent, but the property would benefit from better maintenance, improved cleanliness, and more attention to guest comfort.

Summary: The check-in process was horrible. You had to reach the hose by WhatsApp. Also I was never informed that you will have to pay for parking which is if you stand overnight and $50 at a day or if you park across the street is $36 a day that was never told to me and so I was a bit disappointed by that as far as the the room was horrible the bed seemed like that the sheets had kept you itching on the bed was leaning on one side that was horrible. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was loose. I think it could much better and the TV to get it to come to regular channels. They had it in some other language that we had to figure that out to put it in English overall, my experience there could’ve been much better. I was very disappointed yes so.

Summary: The property is in a good location but the apartment need maintenance its clean but have many maintenance detail. Its a property if you want to party but for family i doesn't recommend. The outside of the property is under renovation so no access to balcony, fresh air or view of the ocean. I think it will take 8 to 12 month the renovation. Many detail inside the apartment that need attention.

Summary: Great stay! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The property was exactly as described, very well located in Brickell and close to everything. The property management team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional throughout. Would happily stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
