Summary: This was a great place to stay for our extended family of 8. The house was large, warm and well-equipped with extensive grounds and was in a beautiful location at the base of Hanging Rock. We loved watching all the birds and the kangaroos. It was a great base from which to explore the surrounding towns of Woodend, Lancefield, Macedon and Kineton and of course we climbed the Rock. There are some great restaurants in the area and we particularly enjoyed the Cleveland Winery in Lancefield.

Summary: Our stay was fantastic. The house was warm, clean and very comfortable for our stay. Having many places to sit in and outside the house allowed us make use of the entire house. Our favourite was the dining table that seated us all comfortably for our dinners. The view of the backyard was picturesque with all the kangaroos and their joeys grazing each night. Thank you for a wonderful experience in your home.

Summary: The property suited our purposes perfectly. The house was presented warm and welcoming. Plenty of room for our group to spread out indoors and a beautiful open bush setting outdoors for all to enjoy. Less than 10 minutes to Woodend. I would definitely recommend this place.

Summary: My extended family enjoyed a weekend getaway at this scenic homestead. We utilised the spacious kitchen, dining and living spaces for shared family meals, kicking the footy and watching the ducks and kangaroos in the huge backyard (acreage) and stayed toasty warm despite winter chill.

Summary: Surrounded by gum trees, close to Hanging Rock and on a beautifully maintained property, this holiday farm house is warm, well appointed and spacious. Thank you Pauline for welcoming us to your home over Easter. We had a marvellous time relaxing and watching the ducks and Kangaroos.
